Unico’s new SiC power platform can help take your EV propulsion development to new levels by utilizing a modular concept that applies SiC power modules for both AC & DC testing/control applications. For AC applications, the SiC modules are applied as high-performance dyno drives, universal inverters, and e-motor emulators. As a high-performance DC source, the modules can operate as scalable battery test systems or battery emulators up to 1200VDC@40kHz.
